Support NOT disabling the ASLR in LLDB/Dbgeng
Right now, LLDB by default turns off ASLR, which could be an unwanted behavior in certain cases. We can have it turned off by adding " --disable-aslr false" to the launch command . On the other hand, it would not be easy to turn off ASLR in DbgEng (x64dbg does it, but I do not know exactly how; also I am not sure if the technique it uses can be used in DbgEng as well). So chances are that I will have to make this only available for LLDB adapter and not for the DbgEng, at least initailly.
Similar to #563 , but for that one, it is easy to do in DbgEng, but not obvious for LLDB
Apparently this is not easy to do on Windows -- x64dbg/TitanEngine have to use process hollowing to get it done: https://github.com/x64dbg/TitanEngine/blob/x64dbg/TitanEngine/TitanEngine.Debugger.cpp#L287-L304. And apparently it is not guaranteed to work, so it has to use a loop to try a few times
ASLR can be disabled per-process via the Image File Execution Options:

Re-open because support for DbgEng is not added yet
