BinaryView for VxWorks version 5 and 6 RTOS images

The BinaryView should have the ability to locate VxWorks version 5 and 6 symbol tables and process symbol entries to identify the base address, load the image, and apply names to functions and data variables. This feature should also include new platforms for VxWorks and apply platform types to known functions.

Note: support for VxWorks 7 shall be completed under a separate issue
