Add action to navigate to selection start and end

The reason why I want this is, when we make a large selection that does not fit into one screen, and before we do the next step (e.g., applying a transformation), chances are we wish to make sure the selection is correct.

Right now, any attempt to navigate with an active selection will de-select it
