Add "Create python console" to console context menu

What is the feature you'd like to have? I had no idea you could create multiple python console windows up until I saw the livestream today (46:40 timestamp). It would help to have it as a context menu item when you right clicked a console window.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Currently the feature is not very discoverable, you would have had to go look for it in the command palette.

Are any alternative solutions acceptable? Maybe adding a + at the top of the python console window to indicate that you can create another python console.
