Hotkey to intelligently cycle integer display types

It would be nice if there were a single key for cycling through integer display types. Frequently this can also be done in an intelligent way.

  • 0x1000 vs. 4096
  • -1 vs 0xffffffff
  • 'A' vs 0x41
