Cannot press G to navigate from Triage View

Bug Description: Triage view does not bind the Go To Address action, so if you have Triage view open by default, you have to navigate to a function before you can press G to go to an address.

Steps To Reproduce: Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable triage.preferSummaryView
2. Open any binary
3. Press G
4. Observe lack of dialog

Expected Behavior: I expected pressing G to open the Go To Address dialog, even from Triage View
