Add save option for anonymizing/removing the original file path

What is the feature you'd like to have? Save with Options should have an option to anonymize/remove the original file path.

Is your feature request related to a problem? This is one of the few things we currently save that aren't directly related to analysis and might contain PII.

Additional Information: This came up because a user wanted to release some .bndb files publicly and was asking about what kinds of information get stored in our databases that could be potentially problematic. We already have the ability to purge undo/snapshot data in Save with Options, so this would just compliment that and provide a more complete scrubbing of the database for people that want to release files publicly.
