[1.19.2] Bug with putting chicken on heads and teleportation.

If you put a chicken on your head and teleport to the coordinates or /home /spawn, the chicken will disappear from your head, and the effect of a smooth fall will remain forever.

What mod is adding the /home or /spawn?

It is likely an issue with /home or /spawn not teleporting the passenger entities of the player. The regular /tp command works fine with this.
