Allow scrolling individual pages when text overflows

Describe the feature

I'm no dev, but I imagine it's difficult to make sure the contents of Patchouli books stay within the frame of a single page across all players, due to the difference in screen resolution, GUI scale, etc.

I think a good solution would be to introduce the ability to scroll individual pages up and down, so text doesn't overflow beyond the bottom of a page.

Additional context

I imagine this would conflict with the current ability to scroll between the pages themselves using the scrollwheel. What do you think?
