Issue description

After having pressed and held Ctrl on Cured Rubber (Thermal Series) to check the manual entry, the game crashes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download and install the modpack
2. Get Cured Rubber and Thermal Series manual
3. Hold Ctrl on the Cured Rubber while the book for thermal expansion is in your inventory
4. Crash.

does it happen with just the thermal mods + patchouli?

I believe the root cause here is optional pages, from what we can tell.

If you have ALL of the Thermal mods, this won't happen. If you have different modules which provide alternative methods for acquiring items, then this apparently can happen.
