Sneak+click or Ctrl+click on Phyto Soil crash

When holding the Patchouli book Thermalpedia and sneak+click on a block of Phyto-Soil or when Ctrl+click in inventory on Phyto-soil it crashes. Crash reports on both below. https://pastebin.com/cq39PzgV https://pastebin.com/AQd7A69e

If you manually go to the phyto-soil page in the book, does it crash?

This is the json: phytogro.json (raw because github hates ^M line endings) Looks like it is trying to open the book on a skipped page.

Seems like it's the same thing as VazkiiMods/Botania#3691.
