Issue description

Briefly discussed on Discord, the Knockback belt doesn't prevent knockback from explosions. Creepers and Ghast Fireballs should be considered "outside attacks" and so the knockback from these should be lowered - might just be easier to prevent all explosion knockback, however this overlaps with Blast Protection so unsure how to approach this.
