Code Bible (TIS-3D): This is for making code, and equivalent to a Book & Quill. Doesn't make much sense inside there.
Tome of Peritia (Blood Magic): This stores experience. Not really a manual or book, more of a practical item. Probably a good idea not to let it be merged into the tome?
Inspectoris Scandalum (Blood Magic) this actually could make sense, but bringing it up just in case. You set the altar level you desire, sneak-rightclick it on an altar and the ghost structure appears, for guiding you. Not sure whether it should go inside or not.
