Add support for parsing call DBB records

[0x09]

Includes among other things the call title, time, duration, and information on each participant. Records are stored at a per-participant level and can be grouped via the call name or the parent call's record ID. Fields are fairly straightforward and seem to correspond closely to the newer main.db format.

This is implemented for "full" json output only.
