Game Preset: Bounty Hunters

Another preset for a mini mode / event.

Admins run the preset and specify a name or names.

This spawns a corresponding amount of ghost role bounty hunters or invigilators, with accompanying wanted posters to hunt down that person dead or alive.

If alive they can remove them via cargo and get an extra reward or green text.

The purpose of this is either to auto moderate people who kill too much, or for admins to remove rule breakers in a lore friendly way.
