At least it show RAM timings - current and supported by RAM module. It is only way to see timings in linux. Timings has same importance as RAM speed.
It is first and major item. Other I am not see yet. May be Banks x Rows x Columns x Bits also.
Disabling flush cache option not helped.
May be we can give you some debug output?

I just found that it is seems not kdiskmark problem. At 5.9.16 kernel I see full speed. But on 5.10-5.11.5 still half speed.
