Dose calculation in from CT of other patient never loaded before and strange IDs;
Guys I'm trying to calculate dose from one plan in CT of other patient. I'm copying with the line command CopyImageFromOtherPatient. When I previously load the structure set manually the script calculates with no problem. However it does not work when I try to calculate directly without loading the image before. One more thing happens. When I copy within the script, the structures are with odd names in the structureSet. Basically they are with heir dicom types as Ids. The process would be copy --> calculate. Does it has to be with the dose matrix?
One more note, if I copy the structure set, then I close the script, save and run other to just calculate dose it works fine. Still with the weird names
I turned the script into an executable and saved before trying to calculate and it worked.
However the structures are still with weird ids.
