Asking for user's password first thing in the second boot

Issue Description

On the second boot to the newly installed system, which loads you to the "Finalizing" step of first setup, the first thing I got was a dialog asking for my password to run firstSetup.nextBoot as my user.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Install the system
  • Reboot
  • Go through the first setup
  • Reboot

On what version of Vanilla OS this happens?

Maybe, we could add a rule to allow it to use su privileges without a password. Currently, this is not a bug tho.

I'd argue this is indeed a bug, because this is clearly too technical to be a user facing thing. Especially to be one of the first things the user faces.

More of a UX failure rather than a bug.

It's an annoyance so it should not block the stable release. I'm moving this to after-stable
