properly tag new releases

As part of moving our installer image builds to vib (see https://github.com/Vanilla-OS/installer-image/pull/3), the continuous deb build isn't required anymore, as vib can build albius itself. Currently we're forced to either pull from main or pin a specific commit, as albius doesn't have any tagged releases.

Future releases should be properly tagged so we can use them in the installer image
