Allow changing the initramfs generation command

ABRoot currently automatically assumes that the command to generate a new initramfs is update-initramfs, which is not always the case, some platforms may use dracut or mkinitcpio for initramfs management, being able to change the command would make the usage of ABRoot on these platforms much easier.
