Subloader crashing

When using Subloader, pressing on the Refresh button before doing anything else will crash the application. This happens because of the unhandled NullReferenceException on the line 257. The same problem is present in the SubloaderAvalonia.

Expected Behavior

The application doesn't crash after clicking on the Refresh button.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open the Subloader;
  2. Click on the Refresh button.
