Add Cave Story

This script build Cave Story for this Steam Link, but it has a couple of issues still:

• Full screen mode doesn't work
• A cursor is showing in the top left at all times
• Gamepad support doesn't work out of the box
• Having music enabled slows the game down to a crawl

So, basically, you can play this game, but you'll need to disable music and configure your gamepad with a keyboard. The menu is always slow, since disabling the menu music isn't possible.

I'm hoping somebody else will be able to write a patch for this to make it work a bit better, but it is playable.
