slow controller detection proton 6.3

Proton 6.3-2 slow detection of controller bluetooth PS4 controller connected, start game. Once game loaded, controller still no response for sometime like 30s of more. Proton 5.0 has no problem. Looks like problem started from 5.1x , but 6.3 takes longer for controller to respond.

Hello @howdev, starting with Proton 5.13, Proton is run inside the Steam Linux Runtime - Soldier container environment. Let's treat this as a runtime issue until there's a stronger indication otherwise.
