Steam Big Picture mode doesn't show any text, captions and fonts

Everything in the Big Picture Mode doesn't show any text. But I need this to configure controller settings: image

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open Steam Client
  2. Steam -> Settings -> Controller -> General Controller Settings

I'm not getting any painting of anything. Just a transparent window. This is new big picture mode BTW. Might be posting this in the wrong place. Ubuntu 20.10 (KDE Plasma)
