Missed basefont var for os linux in steam.styles file

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I have bad mapping of main letterings (STORE LIBRARY COMMUNITY) in the Steam Client. That's because we have basefont var for WINDOWS and MACOS only in steam.styles file:

basefont="Arial" basefont="Helvetica" [$OSX]

And here's what we need:

basefont="Arial" basefont="DejaVu Sans" [$LINUX] basefont="Helvetica" [$OSX]

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Client.
2. ...
3. Woila.

At least make steam.styles editable so i can change it by myself...
