feature request: fps counter logging.

Can a logging option be added to the in game overlay fps counter?
Having the fps counter is output to a log file would be handy testing/benchmarking.

This would be handy 'cause, in spite of the work with other tools like MangoHud, I still have issues with some games where the only external tool that shows up is Steam Overlay.
