Steam does not correctly display a Game's Icon on Taskbar

- Have you checked for system updates?: [Yes/No] Yes, set to check for updates everyday.
- Steam Logs: Won't work the second time and no log generated on Second Attempt.
- GPU: Intel Corporation RocketLake-S GT1 [UHD Graphics 750]
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
When a user launches a game from their Library, Steam shows its own Desktop Icon instead of the game's Icon on the Taskbar.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Navigate to Library
- Click any game and click Play
- If Panel Applets are set to show both Application Name or Window Title, the game's Icon is shown as Steam's Icon

For extra information: This is being done using the Flatpak version of Steam as the System Image [.deb] is out of date on Mint's Software Manager.

Was this issue ever solved? I'm having the same problem for the Aseprite game, but I'm using Ubuntu 24.04
