Not able to download Yooka-Laylee for Proton: Content Configuration Unavailable

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

• I've been trying to download Yooka-Laylee (360830) to run it with Proton, but I'm receiving a "Content Configuration Unavailable" or "No Internet Connection" messages. I've tried to clear the cache and change the download server, but no success. I don't know if this happening because firstly I tried the native version (that is working fine), and then I uninstalled it and tried to download it for Proton. Now even the native version gives the same error messages. Is there any other option I could try ?
• No issue with other games downloaded for Proton.

1. Try to download the game using Proton 9.0-2 as the compatibility tool
