Viewing Manual on Linux doesn't work - Steamwebhelper crashs in Background

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Trying to view the manual will crash steamwebhelper in the background resulting in the page loading forever.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Click on a Storepage of a Game for example Civilization 6
- On t he Storepage click "view the Manual"
- Site will load forever, in Terminal you can see that webhelper crashs. trace.txt

When you go to the library choose the game there and click the manual under "additional content" it works. I just want to mention it since i didn't even know that way existed lol.
This no longer crashes steamwebhelper
