Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

steam crashes upon starting a steam llnk session in both stable and beta versions of the client, running desktop mode in steam link, in KDE.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. run steam on pc
2. start steam link session
3. steam crashes in stable and beta

Changed OS to Ubuntu, works fine, thanks for the reply though.

Ubuntu doesn't update as fast as a proper distro, just because something didn't need fixing in the past doesn't mean it wont be an issue in the future... best to nip it in the bud now.
