[TF2] Additional bot names
Description
Originally part of https://github.com/ValveSoftware/source-sdk-2013/pull/838 but branched out to separate discussion of bot names from the more important code enhancements.
Motivation for adding names stems from a desire to avoid duplicate names when spawning in 100 bots, resulting in a number of bots having (1) in front of their names.
For context, these are the names currently in the game:

I really like this pull request as it fixes and changes things that I have had issues with for years. However the extra bot names here kinda feel really ¿forced? They seem like something better fit for a different PR.
I'm open to suggestions or feedback about the names, so long as there's enough for every bot to have a unique one.
I tried my best to draw inspiration from the existing names to ensure both new and old names feel like part of the same set. Many of the existing names reference Valve's other titles, quotes of characters, or reference things happening in the community ("Glorified Toaster with Legs" being my favourite example, "Mentlegen" being another)

added to that, it's a bad idea to reference the infamous coconut myth as it might just re-ignite the whole discussion again
In my opinion, the idea of a single image of a coconut holding together the entire game is the kind of silliness that would be suited for a bot name. They already have programmer humour like "C++" and "0xDEADBEEF"; might as well add something related to the game itself.

Also Generalish idea, class specific names since most bots dont change class after spawning, like engi bots can be Nope.avi, medics Memic, etc. Just silly thought, probally would take 3 or 4 lines of code to check class
