[Bug] $blendtintbybasealpha does not work with $basealphaenvmapmask
The issue described is an odd one because TF2 actually has this working, but sdk 2013 only has one half ($blendtintbybasealpha) working, and not with $basealphaenvmapmask like TF2 and L4D/2. Been like this since the SDK dropped in 2013.

I haven't tested the updated shader's yet, but this is the stock from the recently updated MP 2013 version. I know the maps from L4D, but I've viewed the VMT and it's this exact issue.
