[HL2MP] Fix grenade corner clipping

Issue: When rolling a grenade into a corner that connects to another part of the map, it is possible to have the grenade clip through the corner and end up on the other side of the wall.

Fix: Better check the throw position to prevent a frag grenade from clipping through corners.
