[Portal 2] Problem with Brazilian (PT-BR) subtitles on Nintendo Switch

Hello!

Actually the problem is on the Nintendo Switch version of the game, but I can't find any place to send a ticket support. A noticed that there is a LOT of parts in the game that the subtitle don't work properly (in brazilian.. or PT-BR), like in the following video. Also there is many reviews speaking about this issue.

Is it possible to release a patch for that?

Portal 1 seems ok, but on Portal 2, it's almost unplayable in the console.

The PC versions works perfectly. I really love this game, but this issue is making the entire gameplay worst, since it's not possible to understand the game main story.

Idk if this issue happens with other languages.
