[Portal 2] Sixense Motionpack DLC - joystick input regression

Overview

As of the latest Portal 2 update on April 28th, if you enable the Sixense MotionPack and use the Razer Hydra's joystick, you will not move at all. However, using the joystick to navigate menus works fine.

This issue is not present in the previous_build beta branch of Portal 2.

Reproduction

  1. Launch Portal 2 with Sixense MotionPack DLC enabled, and Razer Hydra connected.
  2. Load into a level and attempt to use the joystick to move.
