Game screen serious shuttering with NVIDIA GPU

The game screen shuttering very seriously when moving around the camera. The sample video can be watched here. I have tried changing every video settings in game but failed, while I can play other game normally, including CSGO and HL2.

Thanks, looking at your system information, your system appears to be healthy besides having the Steam runtime disabled, which disabling that is unsupported. Since the game runs at all, that's most likely an unrelated detail to the game's behavior.

I found that the shuttering gone, at least better, if I disable the mouse raw input
