[Portal 2] HLMV is missing TextBoxes to edit or copy values from

Pretty much all the tabs are affected, the affected ones are in the Render, Sequence, Model, Physics, Bones, Attachments, IKRule and Events. I've marked the places where boxes are possibly missing with red I've used the HLMV from L4d2 as reference to see which boxes were missing.
