Portal 2 bug
I was playing Portal 2 on Steam but somehow the elevator got stuck. I'm in the middle of chapter 7 and after I asked Steam I got the reply saying to just report this issue on GitHub. Can anyone help?

Make a manual save (NOT A QUICK SAVE) in the elevator if you still have the issue and then see if you can you reproduce this issue after reloading a save made before going into the elevator (manual/quicksave or autosave)? What is your system info (go to Help -> System Information in the steam client).

Tried everything system info:
Steam keeps on saying that they can't help
Look at the date/time you made the manual save in the elevator. Then go to the folder with the number string in /home/<username>/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Portal 2/portal2/save/ and then find the aforementioned save that has that date. Put that in a zip file and then upload here.
Just to verify, do you experience this issue if you start chapter 7 from the beginning?
