Portal 2 artifacts in recent drivers

I had this issue for a few years least so it covers a lot of different driver versions. I am using a GTX 1060 but i think i had this issue on the 960 as well. On a Windows machine.

These artifacts appear in various surfaces. This particular one is one of the less severe ones and you can find it near the end of the 1st chamber in "Cold Boot".
