Excursion funnel flying bug.

Alright before I post the steps I know this probably isn't the place to post this issue but I can't find anywhere else to post this so I'll just post it here.

Essentially this bug allows you to fly around outside a excursion funnel provided that you've done the steps correctly.

This breaks alot of community made maps with funnels considering this literally allows you to fly around as if sv_cheats was enabled even though cheats aren't enabled.
