Graphics glitch on top of the screen

In prison escape (act1) ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=80745172 ) at the begining when I enter excursion funnel to get the cube and then place portal above me this appears:

Not sure if it's game or map issue & didn't test on windows.
