The virtual keyboard of SteamVR is not mapped correctly in Remote Desktop.

When using the desktop view in SteamVR with Microsoft's built-in Remote Desktop Connection, the SteamVR virtual keyboard mapping is incorrect. I haven't tested all the keys, but some of the mappings are incorrect. For example, pressing 'backspace' does not delete the character in front of the cursor.
