CS 1.6 Crashing after lags

Hi, my game lags with some random interval for 2–3 seconds, i mean screen just freezes for 2-3 seconds. After some of these lags game resumes as normal(i mean without lags, but lags are still exists with same way - i mean starts with some random time/interval for 2-3 seconds), but after some of this 2-3 second lag game just crashes.

I tried reinstalling game, i tried reinstalling+downgrading videocard(rtx 4080 mobile gpu) nothing helped. What else i can try?
