[CS 1.6][BUG] Flashbang brightness

When you set the brightness or gamma from the GPU software (Nvidia control panel/amd, doesn't matter) to a higher value, you can see through the flash white screen a bit while full flashed. If someone more familiar which knows this bug can explain better than me.
