[HL25] Make the flashlight more useful by making it bigger

As title, in a similar vein to cleaning up the usefulness of various game mechanics such as the throwable physics, and moving boxes etc, how about making the flashlight much more useful by just making the spotlight it throws a lot bigger? Right now the spot is so small that i feel like ive got tunnel vision every time i turn it on. Sometimes ive missed headcrabs right infront of me when vent crawling just because i had the camera pointed somewhat away from straight down the vent etc.

I think the spot being unreasonably small may be an artefact of its size being invariant with screen resolution. Of course back in the day 800x600 or even 640x480 were common resolutions people played on, so the size was probably tuned around that range of resolutions. But in modern times with 1080p and greater screens, the size of the light just seems unreasonably small now.

The size of the flashlight is determined by the size of the scale of a brush's texture. The smaller the value, the smaller the flashlight. That needs to change.
