[HL25] Options in 'Content' section overlap in spanish content

This issue is present if you run the game in spanish and it affects ALL goldsource based games. 20231118131340_1

This also occurs in some mods such as echoes (as long as you've fixed TrackerScheme.res for said mod).

When are you going to fix this bug . It's been a month since the 25th anniversary update and they haven't even bothered to fix it.
