Console problems in displaying some Chinese characters

• Reproduce

  say "伺服器不" in console, and console messages will only display say "伺器". Messages in chat scroll list have no problems in displaying them.

  • Beta on Linux

    

  • Non-beta on Windows

• Environment

I have reproduced the problem on both Windows and Linux, plus on both local and hlds. It seems that this problem exists for long (I have noticed this problem when I played several years ago). Beta version still doesn't solve the problem either.

The beta version I am using:
