CS 1.6 Masterserver not possible to change
I want to change the default master server to another master server, because on the default master server the servers that are showing on internet tab are having that menu hack thing, and other viruses if you connect to that server. I searched on google how to change the master server, followed the steps but the master server is still default. Please fix https://prnt.sc/kygkwj
Posted this on some forums, and one user told me that steam blocked changing the master server, i think valve should remove the block, as i said above, the servers that are appearing in my Internet tab are having viruses, scripts, gamemenu hack, and autoconnect when opening cs.
It's no longer possible to get a virus or have your files hacked on the Steam GoldSource engine based games.

But can i somehow change the master server to KGB masterserver This is game hosting in serbia, they made master server many years ago, i followed the steps on their forum how to change to their master server and one of the admins told me that changing the master server on steam is blocked by valve. Is that true?? Do you know how i can change the master server. Thank you :)
Given that there is a problem of fake servers, I don't know why the only method for countering fake servers was removed by removing MasterServer configuration.
