Frame limiter reverts back to 30 FPS after Steam Deck reboot
Hi.
So, here's the issue I've been experiencing since a couple days ago.
Basically, games will use the built-in 30 FPS frame limiter after my Steam Deck has been restarted, even if it wasn't set at 30 FPS before restarting.
The only temporary workaround I've found is to change the frame cap to anything (whether it's Unlimited, 60 FPS, 30 FPS or 15) to "remove" the frame cap until the next time I turn off/restart my Steam Deck.
I don't know if it's related, but I think I started experiencing this problem after plugging my Steam Deck to a TV using a simple USB-C to HDMI adapter (no dock).
This happens on ANY game, in case you're wondering, so it's definitely not an issue with the game themselves.
Here's a short video to better explain what I mean.

EDIT : Added some clarifications, and a link to the video.
Found a fix : It was indeed related to me hooking my Steam Deck on my TV and playing a game with a 30 FPS cap.
If you unplug your Steam Deck with the 30 FPS cap still on, your Steam Deck will default back to that cap everytime you reboot it.
The fix was to hook my Steam Deck back on my TV, select the 60 FPS cap, and then unhooking it. The Steam Deck now properly defaults back to 60 FPS.
