[Linux] Attempting to run certain commands in an offline map and then disconnecting from it crashes the game

Steps to reproduce it:

1. Play -> Practice - > Competitive -> Choose any map -> Play
2. Choose a team
3. Enter the following commands into the console: setinfo jump 0 toggle jump "1 0 0" setinfo jump 0 toggle jump "-999 0 0"
4. Hit ESC to pause the game and click "Exit to main menu"
